This position works closely with the Gallery Team to manage all repair and upkeep activities of the facility, including buildings, grounds, systems, and storage areas. The Facilities Associate is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance needs are addressed promptly and efficiently, which in turn supports the smooth operation and ambiance of the gallery. This role emphasizes preventive maintenance, managing work orders, and minimizing downtime, thereby contributing significantly to the overall customer experience and operational excellence. This role requires a proactive professional who specializes in preventive maintenance and repair with strong project management and communication skills. The Facilities Associate will be expected to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards such as OSHA, Food Safety, and HAZMAT regulations. The position also involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 lbs, maneuvering around different areas of the gallery, and performing activities like standing, stooping, and climbing.
