This role is an onsite position based at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, offering a competitive salary range between 82,000 and 164,000 USD, reflecting the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The position is for an experienced Fleet Representative dedicated to supporting the F135 propulsion system within the Lightning Sustainment Center (LSC) Global Operations Center (GOC) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Since the F-35/F135 program expands by approximately 100 aircraft annually, this role provides significant exposure to the complexities involved in sustaining a major military aviation program. The candidate will act as a critical liaison among multiple teams – including Sustaining Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Field Operations – to ensure operational readiness and fleet availability. The incumbent must be capable of performing independently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities, and making informed program decisions under pressure. Additionally, this role requires a DoD Secret-level security clearance and mandates U.S. citizenship. 
Key responsibilities include managing fleet issue communications, tracking and reporting propulsion system statuses, supporting daily operations meetings, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves maintaining up-to-date documentation, addressing root causes of issues, and executing corrective actions. As part of a 24/7/365 operational environment, the Fleet Representative will occasionally cover different shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime.                 - BA/BS degree in aviation management, engineering, technical, or logistics field
 - 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years experience
