We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Export Documentation Coordinator to join our team in Omaha. This full-time position plays a crucial role in supporting AGP's international sales by managing export documentation and coordinating vessel logistics to ensure smooth and compliant operations. The Export Documentation Coordinator will serve as a central point of contact between customers, brokers, agents, banks, and internal teams, requiring excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, shipping and banking documents, maintaining shipment and contract reports, and collaborating on payment tracking. Additionally, the role involves reviewing letters of credit, negotiating lay-time, providing vessel instructions, and preparing load orders for unit train shipments.
