The housekeeper/laundress will execute full-charge housekeeping duties, including managing detailed cleaning routines that encompass both rotating deep cleaning and general upkeep of the home. In addition, the role demands expert laundry skills such as ironing, steaming, caring for fine garments including handwashing, and performing minor repairs or tailoring. Handling delicate fabrics and high-end furnishings with care is essential. Other tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and adhering to approved cleaning procedures for specialty floorings and countertop surfaces. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of key areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, mirrors, vents, chandeliers, and refrigerators, ensuring no expired products remain.
