This position, based in Santa Fe, New Mexico, requires a talented and experienced pastry professional to lead the creation and oversight of pastry and dessert offerings across multiple locations within the organization. The Executive Pastry Chef will manage the pastry team, ensuring high-quality standards and consistent presentation throughout the culinary operations. This role involves menu development, budget management, adherence to food safety regulations, and active participation in guest-facing events and special tastings. The Executive Pastry Chef will work collaboratively with the executive chef and culinary leaders to create harmonious and memorable dining experiences that align with Bishop's Lodge’s reputation and the broader Auberge Collection brand. Reporting to senior culinary leadership, the Executive Pastry Chef will provide mentorship and training to the pastry team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes creativity and teamwork.
