The At Your Service Center Colleague role at Macy's is a pivotal position dedicated to enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing seamless, personalized service. This full-time or part-time position involves management of Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders, merchandise returns, order pickups, and other service-related tasks, all performed with adherence to Macy's high service standards. Maintaining a shoppable, organized pickup area and assisting with curbside delivery is essential to ensure a friction-free shopping experience. Closing tasks include sharing information about Macy's Loyalty program, ensuring customers have everything they need, and ending interactions with sincere appreciation. Teamwork and a commitment to continuous improvement drive both individual and store success. This position requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, frequent use of technology including registers and handheld devices, and physical activity such as reaching, crouching, and climbing ladders.
