We are currently seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic Convention Services team. This role is critical in ensuring the profitable execution of group meetings and events, leveraging strong organizational and detail-oriented skills to meet and exceed revenue expectations based on client contracts. The Executive Meeting Manager will play a proactive role in fostering a high-performance culture by advocating for customers, maintaining impeccable communication, and contributing to team collaboration. With responsibilities spanning forecasting, budget management, client satisfaction enhancement, negotiation, and event oversight, this position offers an exciting opportunity to develop long-term client relationships and influence the group's success significantly. The ideal candidate will be comfortable conducting hotel site inspections, delivering client presentations, and working collaboratively across departments such as Banquets and Culinary to create innovative event setups and menus. Additionally, expertise in managing audiovisual equipment as a profit center and proficiency with software tools like Delphi, Word, and Excel will be integral to daily responsibilities. This full-time role demands adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence to help elevate The Moran Hotel’s position in the competitive hospitality market.
