The Executive Chef will lead a galley team of 6-10 members, manage all meal preparation for guests and crew, and uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation. This role demands a dynamic leader with extensive experience in upscale culinary environments such as resorts, hotels, country clubs, or banquet settings. The candidate must be adept at multitasking under pressure, managing inventory and waste, and adapting quickly to changing circumstances in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
