The Executive Chef position at Aramark is a leadership role integral to the culinary operations of the organization. As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all chef managers and hourly culinary staff, leading the development and execution of culinary solutions tailored to meet customer preferences and client demands. This role involves managing culinary operations to ensure the highest standards of food production, presentation, and service are consistently met. You will apply expert culinary techniques to food preparation and orchestrate the final presentation of dishes to guarantee an exceptional dining experience.
In this management capacity, the Executive Chef acts as both a mentor and coach to the culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
