Levy is currently partnering with The University of Oklahoma to hire an Executive Chef who will spearhead the Performance Dining culinary operations. This position plays a pivotal role in fueling student-athletes by crafting innovative, nutritious meals that are tailored to support athletic training, recovery, and peak performance. The Executive Chef leads a dedicated culinary team and works closely with sports nutritionists to translate specialized dietary needs into exquisite culinary creations. The role demands both culinary mastery and leadership excellence to maintain Levy's high standards of service and operational efficiency. This opportunity is ideal for a culinary professional who is passionate about nutrition, athlete wellness, and high-volume foodservice environments. The Executive Chef will be central to the University's athletics sports nutrition program, overseeing the creation, presentation, and delivery of meals that align with scientific nutrition principles. Responsibilities include collaborating with dietitians to develop menus tailored to elite athletes, adhering to minimal processed food preparation via scratch cooking methods, and maintaining an engaging presence during mealtimes to foster communication with athletes, coaching staff, and nutritionists. Furthermore, the Executive Chef will uphold rigorous culinary standards, lead team motivation and coaching initiatives, manage operational finances, oversee inventory and ordering processes, and ensure a safe, sanitary kitchen environment. The role requires a focus on continuous improvement, budgeting, equipment maintenance, procedural management, and staff development. Additional responsibilities encompass menu innovation, inventory control, staff scheduling, onboarding, and compliance with Levy's sanitation and safety protocols. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of progressive culinary leadership experience, preferably in collegiate athletics, performance dining, or high-volume foodservice. A culinary degree is strongly preferred, along with certifications such as ServSafe Manager. This role demands strong interpersonal and management skills, financial acumen related to food costs, and a passion for hospitality and client satisfaction.   • 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, ideally in performance dining, collegiate athletics, or high-volume foodservice
