This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $170,000 to $180,000, with an additional management incentive of up to 30% of the base salary. - Bachelor's degree in hotel or restaurant management
- Previous executive chef experience in luxury hotels preferred
- Experience in high volume events
- Proven leadership managing teams of 50+ and leadership teams of 5+
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Familiarity with hospitality systems including purchase management and guest experience metrics
- Ability to manage budgets and financial goals
- Skilled in menu engineering and concept development
- Capable of mentoring and coaching culinary teams
- Experience working under pressure in culinary operations
