  • Three to five years progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
  • Experience with high-volume and complex foodservice operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience in training staff on food preparation and safety
  • Ability to manage inventory and control food costs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications
  • ServSafe certification preferred
