We are currently looking to hire an Executive Chef who will be a pivotal leader within our culinary team. The Executive Chef will bear total responsibility for the main kitchen, banquet operations, and culinary staff. This senior role requires a leader who not only directs food preparation and production but also serves as a mentor and developer of team members, treating personnel as valuable assets to the hotel. The successful candidate will lead by example, ensuring all food outlets and banquet facilities consistently deliver fresh, appealing, high-quality foods that meet rigorous standards at optimized costs.
This position is a full-time role with a competitive salary ranging from $77,093 to $96,366 annually. The Executive Chef will drive innovation and enhancement in food product development, leveraging market research to respond to guest needs and evolving trends. Maintaining consistency and quality in food service delivery is paramount, alongside achieving food and beverage profitability goals aligned with overall hotel performance objectives. 
The Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including staff selection, training, performance management, safety adherence, and regulatory compliance. Duties include supervising culinary staff, coordinating kitchen activities, demonstrating new cooking techniques, and implementing purchasing controls to manage food costs and quality. Additionally, the role requires working closely with vendors to secure the best quality ingredients at competitive prices and contributing to menu development and presentation standards.
Interaction with guests to gather feedback on food quality and service is a key component, as is empowering the team to meet and exceed guest expectations through continuous training and clear guidelines. The Executive Chef will also manage departmental expenses, ensuring profitability while upholding service excellence. This leadership role involves setting and communicating goals relating to performance, budget, and team development while championing safety protocols and fostering a dynamic, respectful work environment.

                - High school diploma or GED
 - Six years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
 - Two-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
 - Four years of experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
 - Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary workplace language
 - Ability to create marketing strategies and promotional menu items
 - Positive attitude and leadership presence
 - Ability to work full time
