In the role of Executive Chef at Brooksby Village, you will bring your passion for culinary excellence, teamwork, and innovative dining experiences to a team of award-winning chefs and dining management professionals. This is a full-time opportunity featuring a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience, plus eligibility for an annual bonus. Additionally, a $7,500 signing bonus is offered, emphasizing the value placed on top culinary talent joining the team. The Executive Chef will play a key role in driving the community’s Signature Menu Dining Programs, which highlight from-scratch cooking and chef-inspired creations to elevate dining experiences for senior residents. This role demands a strong background in hospitality with proven leadership capabilities to oversee kitchen operations, food quality, and staff performance while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The Executive Chef will manage food purchasing, preparation, presentation, and storage to maintain budget controls, supervise kitchen and utility staff, ensure sanitation protocols, and foster positive relationships with residents by engaging through dining room visits and meetings.

- Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience
- Fine dining experience a plus
- Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and food presentation
- Proficient with PC software and POS systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to comply with all federal and state food safety regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
