We are seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Executive Chef to join Schulte Companies’ rapidly expanding team. As an Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards in culinary operations, leading a team, and ensuring excellent food service quality for our diverse properties. This role involves long- and short-term planning and the daily management of kitchen operations and related culinary departments. The successful candidate should expect to manage associates and managers, fostering an empowering and safe work environment while overseeing procurement, production, preparation, and presentation of all food in a cost-effective and sanitary manner.
