We are currently seeking a highly experienced, motivated Executive Chef to join our Constellation Culinary group team located in Irvine, California. This is a full-time, onsite role offering an attractive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $100,000 per year, plus bonuses. The position plays a crucial role in overseeing the back of house (BOH) operations and ensuring that every culinary aspect meets the highest standards. As Executive Chef, you will lead and manage the entire kitchen operation, maintaining creativity, quality, and strict adherence to client standards. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of progressive culinary experience and demonstrated skills in supervising food production, purchasing, meal preparation, and sanitation practices. This role requires a seasoned leader who can develop standardized recipes and utilize production tools efficiently to control food quality and costs. You will play a vital part in planning and executing special events, ensuring seamless culinary delivery tailored to meet the clients' expectations.
