The Executive Chef role at Morrison Living is designed for an inspirational and hands-on leader who embraces the kitchen environment and actively participates in all facets of kitchen operations. The Executive Chef assumes responsibility for recruiting, training, and mentoring kitchen staff, ensuring the delivery of show-quality meals that not only tantalize the palate but also provide visual appeal through well-crafted food presentations. By maintaining the highest standards for food safety, sanitation, and quality control, the Executive Chef safeguards the health and satisfaction of residents, employees, and clients alike.
