Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 3 to join its team at Leisure World to lead and oversee the culinary operations including restaurant and catering services across campus. This leadership role is vital in crafting exceptional dining experiences that engage and delight the community through innovative menus and flawless execution. As the Executive Chef 3 at Leisure World, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a talented culinary team to provide outstanding food service, tailored to meet the specific preferences and dietary needs of the residents. This includes designing and executing trend-forward, nutritious menus that inspire and satisfy, overseeing food safety and sanitation standards to ensure compliance with the highest quality benchmarks, and fostering a positive and resident-focused culture among staff. Additionally, the Executive Chef will collaborate closely with wellness and care teams to support resident health initiatives and plan special events and chef dinners that elevate the community’s dining experiences. The role demands strong leadership, creativity, and operational expertise. The Executive Chef will manage inventory and budgets, establish and maintain vendor relationships, and drive operational efficiency without compromising quality.   • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
