The Executive Chef role at Jamaica Bay Inn is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within the hotel’s kitchen and related back-of-house areas. This is a full-time position with an annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, reflecting the importance of the role within the organization.                 - Minimum 4-5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant high volume casual fine dining environment
 - two years of culinary school preferred
 - experience in hiring, training, supervising, forecasting, budgeting and cost control in food and labor
 - ability to maintain sanitation standards and health regulations
 - excellent communication and leadership skills
 - ability to manage and inspire a kitchen team
