The Events Manager I reports directly to the Director of Schools and Programs within University Advancement. The primary responsibility of the Events Manager I is to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide array of key events. The role involves managing special events for various university programs, including professorship installations, Distinguished Alumni Award dinners, and other significant gatherings. The Events Manager I works cross-functionally with staff, faculty, students, and external partners to facilitate engagement and stewardship initiatives that are critical to the university's mission. Employment in this role is full-time with scheduled hours of 37.5 per week. The targeted salary range for this position is $53,100 to $62,000 annually, with the broader salary range up to $90,600 depending on qualifications and performance.
