The role primarily focuses on responding to sales inquiries and leads within 24 hours, actively pursuing new account acquisitions, and creatively promoting the full range of event offerings through expert use of the TripleSeat Event Management System. Responsibilities include negotiating and preparing event contracts, ensuring details accuracy, and coordinating outside amenities such as rentals and audiovisual services. The specialist will attend weekly coordination meetings to stay informed about upcoming events and communicate relevant information to restaurant teams. In addition to event sales, this position demands solid time management skills to handle both warm and cold calls and the ability to develop effective sales plans targeting private dining growth. The candidate must maintain comprehensive records on forecasts, sales performance, customer data, and event files while upholding the company’s mission and philosophy in all aspects of their work. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
