This role is a full-time position located in Casa Grande, Arizona, within Price Industries' expanding US office and manufacturing facility. The company seeks a dedicated Events Coordinator to manage and oversee a broad array of events including scheduled company events, training classes, customer visits, and promotional activities. The Events Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the tactical execution of events by coordinating relationships with external vendors, including hotels, logistics providers, branding firms, and other partners. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who enjoys managing a variety of event components and providing outstanding customer service. The Events Coordinator is responsible for preparation and distribution of event materials such as welcome letters, name tags, marketing collateral, gift bags, registration lists, and seating cards. They will organize event itineraries, produce and distribute binders and packets, and maintain up-to-date registration reporting. Key logistical duties include securing accommodations, arranging food and beverage, managing transportation and recreational activities, and ordering necessary supplies and signage across multiple company facilities, specifically in Georgia and Arizona. On-site responsibilities include event setup, guest greeting, and acting as a host to anticipate and address attendee needs. This sometimes involves hands-on tasks such as stocking refreshments, preparing snacks, managing cleanliness and operational readiness of facilities in collaboration with the cleaning and maintenance teams. Maintaining inventory of event supplies—including promotional items and store merchandise—is also a vital aspect of the role. The Events Coordinator will provide administrative support and data entry, support special projects as assigned, and collaborate closely with senior sales and customer service leadership including the Vice President of Sales, Sales and Area Managers, and Directors of Customer Service, Learning, and Technical Sales. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain company protocols during event execution are expected. Effective communication with both internal teams and external customers is essential for success in this role.
