This role is integral to our mission of enhancing the resident and guest experience by serving as the front-line ambassador at the community’s front desk. As a Concierge at Legend Senior Living, you will provide courteous assistance, reliably handling inquiries about local attractions, facilitating community tours, and efficiently relaying messages to the appropriate departments. The Concierge position is pivotal in ensuring that residents and visitors feel welcomed, informed, and cared for. The role demands a professional with a warm, friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills who can comfortably manage multiple tasks such as coordinating resident parking and valet services, conducting tours, and ensuring that common areas including the front desk are clean and well-stocked. A strong knowledge of the local community, including festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, is essential to providing residents and guests with valuable information that enriches their living experience. As a Concierge, you will also handle initial customer and resident concerns with empathy and direct them to the right department for timely follow-up, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
