We are currently seeking outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our team as Food Demonstrators/Sales Advisers in the Oregon, Ohio area. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and creating a positive retail experience by performing food and beverage sampling demonstrations inside elite local grocery stores. The primary responsibility is to raise brand awareness and positively influence consumers' product perceptions during these demonstration events. This position offers a permanent part-time schedule primarily during weekends, with shifts averaging about six hours, usually running Thursday through Sunday. The schedule is flexible, allowing team members to commit to events that align with their personal availability. This role requires standing for extended periods, engaging interactively with shoppers, and maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor throughout the demonstration. Training is provided once hired, including Food Safety Certification to ensure all health and safety standards are met while handling food products. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently while reliably representing the CROSSMARK brand and its client partners.
