The Event Sales Director at Tower Club Dallas is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of event sales operations within the club. This full-time position focuses on strategic oversight, planning, execution, and coordination of event sales activities to meet and exceed the club's annual revenue goals. The director leads a team dedicated to providing exceptional member and guest experiences, ensuring that every event is professionally managed and aligned with the club’s standards of service excellence. This role requires close collaboration with the General Manager and Executive Chef to develop competitive event offerings that balance client satisfaction with operational efficiency.
In this position, the Event Sales Director leverages market analysis, client relationship cultivation, and sales expertise to drive booking growth and enhance the club’s visibility as the go-to venue for social and business events in downtown Dallas. Proficiency with sales management tools such as Cater Pro and Power BI is critical for monitoring sales performance and managing event data efficiently. The director also fosters a culture of high performance and professional development within the sales team, encouraging mentorship and continuous improvement.
