Serving as the main point of contact for clients during events, the Event Monitor provides assistance, responds to queries, and works to ensure overall client satisfaction. The role also involves managing event logistics by coordinating with food service providers and vendors to adhere to schedules, addressing any unauthorized groups present during events, and handling emergency situations by reporting promptly to the appropriate authorities. Post-event duties include gathering feedback, submitting event summaries, assisting with event preparation in the office, and maintaining accurate timekeeping through the university’s MyCSUSTAN portal.
