As an Event Host at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will be central to creating memorable and enjoyable events for guests, ensuring their satisfaction from start to finish. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event coordination, from gathering vital information and liaising with teams to delivering personalized guest service. Event Hosts at Lucky Strike are more than just coordinators; they are the friendly face and reliable presence that keep events running smoothly and guests delighted. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with managers, chefs, and service staff to ensure seamless event execution and handling any special requests promptly. You will actively suggest additional entertainment or food and beverage options to enhance guest experiences, contributing to the event’s success and increased company revenue. Setting up tables, managing supplies, and overseeing the timely service of food and beverages will also be under your purview. Establishing strong personal connections with event contacts and anticipating guest needs to exceed expectations are key components of the role. The position requires the ability to stay upbeat and attentive, even when juggling multiple tasks, and the willingness to assist guests with the venue’s activities, such as helping with scoring systems or providing brief lessons. This position requires evening and weekend availability, reflecting the nature of entertainment events and guest schedules. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, and the role offers a competitive pay rate between $21.00 and $21.20 per hour.
