The Event Graphics Project Manager role at Populous is a critical position tasked with overseeing the comprehensive lifecycle of graphics and signage projects for major events. The manager will strategize, plan, and coordinate all facets of event graphics from initial design to installation and post-event analysis, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with branding, crowd management, and safety protocols. • Proficiency in project management software tools, e.g. Asana, Smartsheet and Sign Agent
• Experience using Sign Agent for sign programming and location mapping is a strong plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Excel
• Knowledge of ADA compliance and venue safety protocols related to signage preferred
