KemperSports LIVE is currently looking to hire a highly motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join its dynamic event team based in Northbrook, Illinois. This full-time, temporary position is planned from January through April 2026, with the possibility of extension through September 2026 to support additional events. The Event Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting with the coordination and execution of the prestigious 2026 McDonald’s All-American Games, one of the nation’s top athletic events. The role offers invaluable exposure to all facets of athletic event management, including communications and brand activation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting critical areas such as hospitality, sponsorship coordination, participant communication, and event operations. This hands-on position provides a unique opportunity for growth for recent graduates or those seeking to build a career in the sporting event industry. The work schedule generally runs from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some required travel and extended hours depending on event demands.
