The Event Coordinator position at TMRW Sport Live Events is essential to the smooth and effective operation of the facility’s events. Reporting directly to the Event Manager, or sometimes working independently in their absence, the Event Coordinator acts as the crucial liaison between the live events team, event organizers, guests, facility personnel, and external service providers. This role requires the coordination and supervision of all event-related activities ranging from security staffing, labor management, and event logistics, to billing preparation and customer service. The coordinator assists in collecting and distributing comprehensive event details from promoters, show representatives, and sports teams to relevant departments, ensuring everyone involved is informed and prepared. Some of the primary responsibilities include advancing each event with promoter representatives, managing security plans collaboratively with security providers, communicating event needs across departments, preparing and disseminating event data sheets, and compiling post-event reports. The Event Coordinator also supports tenants, facilitates client requests during events, and manages expense submissions related to event settlements. Customer satisfaction and safety are paramount in this role, requiring the coordinator to serve as a visible facility representative at events, enforce policies, address public complaints, and liaise with public safety officials when necessary.
