The Hilton Anatole is currently seeking an Event Coordinator to join their vibrant events team. Additionally, the coordinator will manage email correspondence, prepare travel arrangements, handle filing and distribution of mail, and assist with setting up transportation and amenities for events. They will also support internal and external guest requests via telephone and assist with any special projects as needed.
