                - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Experience working with children and children’s events
 - Prior retail and/or customer service experience required
 - Ability to remain standing for long periods
 - Ability to move throughout the store
 - Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
 - Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
 - Must be able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed
 - Ability to handle job stress and maintain positive interactions
