The Hyatt Regency Denver is currently seeking a dedicated Events Concierge to join their team. This crucial role acts as the central communication point between the Events Manager and on-site event or meeting contacts, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of various events. The Events Concierge position is highly visible and requires a detailed understanding of the hotel’s meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event logistics. Individuals in this role must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with previous catering or event experience are strongly preferred, given the complexity and scope of event operations at the hotel. This position demands physical stamina, as it involves significant walking and standing across the extensive meeting spaces. An open and flexible schedule is necessary, with availability during mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays to support events at any time. The hourly wage for this role is $22.00 per hour, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401K retirement savings plan match; basic life insurance; vacation and sick days; and holiday pay.
