The individual will oversee food preparation and clean-up during the Kickback, manage inventory and supplies to guarantee adequate stocking levels, and ensure that both kitchen and lobby areas are orderly and inviting. They will also serve as a welcoming presence by answering guest inquiries about the hotel, local community, and events, demonstrating extensive knowledge and providing outstanding guest service with a positive and courteous attitude.
