The role of Bartender at the Deloitte Hotel & Conference Center is a full-time position that offers a flat rate guaranteed wage of $19.85 per hour, without tips. The typical shift is afternoon to evening, Sunday through Thursday, with weekend availability preferred. This position focuses on setting up and preparing bars for the restaurants and banquet functions, managing all beverage inventories and costs, requisitioning supplies, and providing high-quality service of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages. Responsibility also includes maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area and proper teardown at the end of events.
