The role available is that of a skilled Kitchen Associate at Bally's, where candidates will play a pivotal part in the daily culinary operations. The role requires proficiency in various kitchen workstations, knife skills, and the capacity to weigh and measure ingredients accurately. Duties include the maintenance of food storage, sanitation of work areas, and ensuring the proper presentation of menu items in line with management standards. Candidates will work closely with cooks in a fast-paced environment while upholding safety and company service standards. This full-time position demands physical stamina to stand and walk for prolonged periods and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
