The Manager I position at PGA Tour Grill plays a crucial role within the restaurant’s leadership team, supporting the branch management in effectively executing quick service restaurant management operations. As a Manager I, the individual will be responsible for overseeing key aspects such as ensuring the restaurant is clean, orderly, fully staffed, and operating under the highest standards of service and safety. This includes the tactical execution of opening, daily, and closing procedures, as well as supervision of associates to maintain a productive and customer-friendly environment. In this role, the Manager I uses established policies and procedures to make practical and sound management decisions, ensuring that every operational detail is handled smoothly. The position demands hands-on involvement with activities ranging from managing associate schedules, participating in hiring decisions, and monitoring cash handling procedures to maintaining inventory and equipment. Additionally, a strong emphasis is placed on compliance with health, safety, and wellness standards, ensuring that the establishment operates in line with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including HACCP standards.
