The Venue Manager position is an integral part of the restaurant management team, working closely with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure seamless operations and superior service delivery in the food and beverage areas. This full-time role centers on creating a welcoming environment that encourages associate engagement and enhances the guest experience. The Venue Manager not only oversees the daily operational aspects of the venue but also actively participates in training and developing associates to cultivate a hospitable and efficient team. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality service standards, monitoring food and beverage service timeliness and professionalism, and ensuring all departmental side work is completed to the highest standards.
