This role requires attention to detail to ensure doughnuts are prepared fresh daily and baked or fried to perfection. Candidates will engage in measuring and weighing ingredients accurately, handling dough preparation, and using bakery equipment such as fryers and ovens safely and effectively. The position also involves preparing glazes, fillings, and icings to add the finishing touches that make each doughnut distinctive. Maintaining food safety standards and following allergy and special dietary procedures are integral parts of the role. • 6 months prior pastry experience preferred
• Must have Clark County Food Handler's permit
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
• Ability to continuously stand and walk throughout each shift
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions
• Availability to work 8-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
