We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious General Manager candidate through our District Shift Leader program. This position is an integral part of the management track aimed at developing future General Managers who will lead bakery operations and uphold the high standards of the brand. The District Shift Leader role starts with hands-on store management responsibilities, where the individual supports their home bakery and assists other locations within the market. This role involves early shifts, beginning as early as 3 AM to prepare for the day's first bake and store opening. The candidate will be expected to lead by example, embody the brand's values, and provide training and coaching to team members to ensure the delivery of quality food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment. The District Shift Leader position includes a comprehensive General Manager development plan. This plan covers essential operational and administrative skills including inventory tracking, vendor ordering, cash management, profit and loss (P&L) analysis, achieving food cost and labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting high-quality team members. The development plan is designed to equip the candidate with the necessary tools and knowledge to successfully transition into the General Manager role when an opening becomes available. • Must be able to travel within the market and support multiple locations
