The role of the Bar Back at Twin Peaks is integral to the smooth operation of the bar area and overall guest experience. This position primarily involves the maintenance and cleanliness of the bar, supporting bartenders by restocking supplies, changing kegs, checking taps, and ensuring all bar equipment and appliances are in proper working order. The Bar Back works closely with the bar team and management to uphold Twin Peaks' strict uniform policies and cleanliness standards. This role demands a disciplined and dependable individual, who takes pride in maintaining an organized and sanitized bar environment while being able to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced setting. The Bar Back must also complete all required training and certifications related to food and alcohol service in accordance with local and state regulations before working unsupervised.
Compensation for this position is $10 per hour, reflecting the entry-level nature of the job while also recognizing the importance of the Bar Back's responsibilities to the overall success of the bar operation. This hourly role requires adherence to specific uniform standards, including wearing a clean Twin Peaks black hat facing forward, maintaining neat and clean grooming habits, and following strict apparel guidelines. The Bar Back also plays a role in maintaining safety and sanitation standards, adhering to health and hygiene (HOH) requirements, and working cooperatively within the team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

                - Proven experience as a bar back
 - Ability to communicate in English
 - Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
 - Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
 - Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks training
 - Must attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision
 - Must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications
