The District Manager role includes multifaceted responsibilities, such as administering revenue and budgeting controls, analyzing profit and loss (P&L) and general ledger statements, and leading staff development efforts. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Five plus years hands-on Hotel General Manager experience
• One plus years experience in marketing, outside sales, and/or business development
• Proven team development and leadership background
