The role of Distribution Associate at Albert Uster Imports is critical to maintaining the company’s high standards of service and operational excellence. This position focuses on the accurate and timely processing of orders, both for parcels and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, while ensuring that fragile products are packed securely and transportation is safe and efficient. • High school diploma or GED
• forklift experience - loading and unloading trucks
• knowledge and usage of scan guns
• 2+ years of shipping experience
• 2+ year inventory control / cycle count experience
• storing, packing, shipping & receiving experience
• LTL experience, building pallets for customers
• FIFO experience
• experience cross checking inventory and receiving paperwork
• ability to work in freezing temperatures as needed
• ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• ability to follow job procedures and manage instructions
