The Dispatcher position at NDCP is a vital role based in Phoenix, AZ, requiring candidates to hold a Class A CDL license. This role involves managing and coordinating the dispatch operations at the distribution center and associated hubs, ensuring all routes are staffed effectively with qualified drivers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, allowing for a stable work-life balance.
