This position as an Operations Agent within the Menzies Aviation Ground Handling team plays a critical role in managing flight activities and ensuring coordination among flight crews, pilots, ground handlers, and customers. The role involves constant communication regarding flight releases, fuel loads, flight scheduling, and service assignments. The Operations Agent uses computer systems to monitor flights and coordinate resources effectively to maintain smooth flight operations. Additionally, the role requires close cooperation with airlines and other internal company dispatchers to address fueling concerns and operational coordination. Reliability, clear communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and technical competence in handling flight information systems are essential. The job also involves physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy equipment, working in various weather conditions, and maintaining consistent attendance.                 - High school diploma, GED or six months experience as an operations agent
 - Must be 18 years of age or older
 - Possess valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
 - Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing
 - Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
 - Must be comfortable lifting 70lbs repetitively
 - Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
 - Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal
 - Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
