The role of Dishwasher/Utility Worker at Greenspring is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization essential to the community's dining services. This position is available for both full-time and part-time shifts, offering flexibility for candidates. The Dishwasher/Utility Worker ensures that kitchen operations run smoothly, supporting a critical team focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience to residents. Compensation for this role can be up to $17 per hour, based on experience, and includes a $500 sign-on bonus. Dishwashers at Greenspring Village are responsible for keeping kitchen, dining, and storage areas clean and organized, safeguarding food preparation spaces, and assisting with inventory management. The role involves supporting stock and utility team members with tasks such as receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking inventory.
