The Dishwasher/Utility Employee at Nothing Bundt Cakes plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and operational efficiency of the bakery. This full-time or part-time position offers hourly compensation between $14.00 and $16.00, reflecting the importance of the role in supporting kitchen and bakery staff. The Dishwasher/Utility Employee is responsible for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and tools, adhering strictly to NbC standards to ensure food safety and customer satisfaction. Beyond dishwashing, the employee maintains the cleanliness of floors, windows, shelves, counters, refrigerators, coolers, and bathrooms. They monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, assist with unloading and storing weekly deliveries, and support other team members as needed to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace. This role requires a strong commitment to health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and personal hygiene standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude, working independently with minimal supervision. Physical stamina is essential, as the job involves repetitive tasks, lifting heavy items up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods.
