This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $19.35 per hour and requires full availability, including rotating shifts throughout the week, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in dishwashing or stewarding roles and must be able to communicate effectively in English. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the resort's high standards of cleanliness and service by ensuring all cooking utensils, chinaware, and silverware are properly washed and ready for daily operations. Your efforts will contribute directly to delivering outstanding guest service and supporting the smooth functioning of our culinary and event services. Responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment, scrubbing pots and pans, polishing silverware, maintaining adequate stock and equipment supplies, performing routine cleaning duties, and assisting with the training of fellow stewards as needed.
