The role of Dishwasher at Eastcastle Place is a part-time, non-exempt position offering $15 per hour, with a schedule that includes 20 hours per week from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on weekdays, along with every other weekend on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. This role is integral to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient food service environment within the facility. As a key member of the Hospitality department, the Dishwasher works closely with dishwashers, bussers, cooks, servers, as well as the Executive Chef and Director of Hospitality, contributing to the smooth operation of dining services. The Dishwasher at Eastcastle Place does far more than just wash dishes. They play an active role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of dining areas, promptly clearing and resetting tables, and supporting waitstaff in delivering an excellent dining experience.
