The Dishwasher/Utility position at Red Lobster plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the restaurant. This role involves ensuring all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized. The Dishwasher/Utility team member is responsible for operating dishwashing equipment safely and effectively and ensuring that all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen and dining spaces, remain clean and organized. This position also involves support duties such as assisting cooks with preparation work and making Red Lobster’s signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. The ideal candidate must consistently prioritize team collaboration and guest satisfaction, adhering strictly to all safety and cleanliness protocols. This is a full-time role with competitive wages ranging from USD 15.00 to USD 25.00 per hour, and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate different availability needs.
